My Approaches to Therapy

As a trauma focused therapist, I have been supporting individuals that have been impacted by the challenges of life events for over 35 years. Trained in different modalities with an anti-oppressive and trauma informed lens, I provide an individualized approach to accommodate my clients' personal needs. I am not a 'one approach fits all' therapist. Individuals drive what is helpful for them.
I counsel individuals who are in distress with life events, suffer with depression, anxiety, general stress and workplace burnout and compassion fatigue.
I offer a compassionate client centred atmosphere. You are deserving to have a space where you feel heard and valued. It takes incredible courage and vulnerability to share your pain.
